On 7 september 1973, about 90 khmer rebels armed forces bought 1000 sacs of rice in Pralay Meas and transported them by boat to Storng region, Kampong Thom province. They bought these rice from inhabitant, from Kampong Chhnang and Kampong Raing market.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមចំនួនប្រហែល៩០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានចូលទិញអង្ករចំនួន១,០០០បាវនៅ ប្រឡាយមាស ហើយដឹកតាមកាណូតឆ្ពោះទៅតំបន់ស្ទោង ក្នុងខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។ អង្ករទាំងនេះខ្មាំងបានទិញពីអ្នកស្រុកដែលយកមកពីផ្សារកំពង់ឆ្នាំង និងកំពង់រាំង។
