According to decree 1511 ASYKHCH-UB-SCHBP, dated December 11, 1973, and letter 1521 ASYKHCH-UB-SCHBP, dated December 13, 1973, the Ministry sent 4 Khmer Communists : Chhorn Maok, Chet Horn, Van Vanna, Lon Nakry, they were colleagues of Mr.Seun Chea, the Economic Deputy of Region 35, Zone 304, who stayed at Tonle Sap for a period of time and then managed the Second Bureau of Khmer National General Staff.
