On December 13, 1973, Major General Thapna Ngin, Deputy Minister of Ministry of National Defense, greet 180 defectors with 30 weapons. In The Ba Phnom war operation sub-region, in the pupolated area of Nak Loeung. According by indiacted 180 Khmer Defectors were local people at Nak Loeung, of National Defense's region-occupied. And in October-November 1973, had not Khmer Defectors came to defect with Ba Phnom war operation sub-regiion.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៣ ធ្នូ ១៩៧៣ លោកឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ទោថប្បនា ងិន្ន ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ បានអពោ្ជីញទៅទទួលខ្មែរភ្ញាក់ រឮក១៨០នាក់ ដែលបានមកអាវុធ៣០ដើម ផ្នែកសឹករងបាភ្នំ រៀបចំ ទទួលក្នុងទីប្រជុំអ្នកលឿង។ តាមការស៊ើបអងេ្កតទៅឃើញថាខ្មែរ ភ្ញាក់រឮក១៨០នាក់នោះ សុទ្ធតែជាអ្នកស្រុកនៅតំបន់ត្រួតត្រារបស់ កងទ័ពជាតិនៅអ្នកលឿង។ ម៉្យាងទៀតកាលពីខែ តុលា-វិច្ឆិកា ១៩៧៣ នោះពុំដែលឃើញមានខ្មែរភ្ញាក់រឮកណាម្នាក់មកសុំរួបរួម នឹងរដ្ឋការផ្នែកសឹករងបាភ្នំឡើយ។
