The Governor of Svay Rieng province made a proposal to the Ministry of National Great Consolidarity for the appointment of the voluntary and Free Khmer. The Ministry approved but asked the Governor send the military serial number and occupation and rank of Mr. Chhang Tit, as soon as posible in order to create favourable conditions for the declaration of the appointment.
លោកចៅហ្វាយ ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង បានស្នើសុំទៅក្រសួងមហាសាមគ្គី ពីការតែងតាំងបណ្ដាញនៃជនស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដរួបរួមនិងសេរីកា។ ឥឡូវ ក្រសួង បានសមេ្រចតាមការស្នើសុំហើយ ប៉ុន្ដែក្រសួងបានឱ្យលោក ចៅហ្វាយខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង ផ្ដល់នូវអត្ថលេខ វិជ្ជាជីវះ និងឋានន្ដរសកិ្ដ របស់លោក ឆាង ទឹត មកក្រសួងមហាសាមគ្គីឱ្យរួសរាន់ដើម្បីងាយ ស្រួលក្នុងការប្រកាសតែងតាំង។
