Phen Bunsong, a combatant 119 in Unit 199, deserted from the enemy -occupiedand and defected to Battalion 323-79 BI in Peamreang district on June 21, 1973. The source indicated that in 1970, he was evacuated by Viet Cong and began to serve them. He also knew their commander named Bin Thanh, a Khmer-Vietnamese. In Unit 199-K, there were 300 soldiers the chief-commander Visith and deputy commander, Cheng.
ឈ្មោះ ផែន ប៊ុនសុង ជាយុទ្ធជននៅលេខ១១៩ ក្នុងកងលេខ ១៩៩បានរត់ចេញពីខ្មាំងចូលមកសារភាពនៅស្រុកពាមរាំង ក្នុងកង វរសេនាតូចលេខ៣២៣-៧៩ បេអ៊ី កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២១ មិថុនា ១៩៧៣ ។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់កាលពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ខ្លួនត្រូវពួកយៀក កុងកៀរឱ្យទៅបម្រើពួកវាដែលមានឈ្មោះ បិន ថាញ់ កាត់យួន។ ចំណែកកងលេខ១៩៩ គ មានទាហាន៣០០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការ ឈ្មោះ វិសិទ្ធ និង ចេង ជាមេរង។
