Agent 227 reported that on April 28, 1972, about 500 Khmer-Yuon Viet Congs gathered in Phliet village at VT 943-450 and Ampil Kranhanh village at VT 940-473, sangkat Krang Yov, Sa Ang district, Kandal province. After the gathering, the enemies in group 1 went up to a bar people from Sa Ang mountain at VT 963-552 and group 2 at Phsak mountain at VT
964-577, sangkat Sa Ang Phnom, Sa-Ang district, Kandal province. The source added that the enemies were going to fire at the people in Ta Khmau and interupt the referendum on April 30, 1972. ភ្នាក់ងារ ២២៧ បានរាយការណ៍មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២៨ មេសា ១៩៧២ ពួកយៀកកុង និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល៥០០នាក់បានប្រមូលគ្នាពីសង្កាត់នានាមកជួបជុំគ្នានៅភូមិភ្លៀត ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៤៣-៤៥០ និងភូមិអំពិលក្រញាញ់ ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៤០-៤៧៣ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ក្រាំងយ៉ូវ ស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ក្រោយពីការប្រជុំគ្នា រួចមកខ្មាំងនៅក្រុមទី១ បានឡើងមកស្នាក់នៅភ្នំស្អាង ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៦៣-៥៥២ និងក្រុមទី២នៅភ្នំផ្សាក ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៦៤-៥៧៧ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ស្អាងភ្នំ ស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ប្រភពបានបន្ថែមថា ពួកខ្មាំងនឹងបាញ់រំខានអ្នកស្រុកនៅតាខ្មៅ ដើម្បីរំខានដល់ការបោះ ឆ្នោតធ្វើប្រជាមតិ នៅថ្ងៃ៣០ មេសា ១៩៧២។
