The letter by the Secretary of the Ministry of National Great Consolidarity, to the Secretary for the Ministry of Culture, provides information about activities of Kang Ril, a Head of Buddhist monastery at Kampong Chamlorng pagoda, Rolea Phieat district, Kampong Chhnang province, some people brought lawsuits against him and sent it to the Ministry of National Great Consolidarity.
