The source reported that about 200 Khmer Viet Congs mingled with local people along the bank of Prek Koy, a small stream from VU 998-130, to W 010-104, and along the river from W 010-104, to W 060-105. They set up two 82mm cannon mortars in the Western of Sdao Leu pagoda, sangkat Sdao at W033-109, and one more in the medecine oven at W 000-123. the enemies were about really to stop the National Army from reaching those places.
ប្រភពព័ត៌មានផ្ដល់មកថា មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល២០០នាក់ បាន ចូលបន្លំលាក់ខ្លួនតាមផ្ទះអ្នកស្រុកនៅបណ្ដោយមាត់ព្រែកកុយ ចាប់ពី ចំណុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៩៩៨-១៣០ ទល់នឹងឌុបដឺវ៉េ ០១០-១០៤ និងតាមដងទនេ្លចាប់ពីចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េ ០១០-១០៤ ដល់ឌុបដឺវ៉េ ០៦០-១០៥។ ជាពិសេសពួកខ្មាំងបានតាំងកាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ទំហំ ៨២មម ២ដើម នៅខាងលិចវត្ដស្ដៅលើ សង្កាត់ស្ដៅ ត្រង់ចំណុច ឌុបដឺវ៉េ ០៣៣-១០៩ និង ១ដើមទៀត នៅត្រង់ឡថ្នាំ ត្រង់ចំណុច ឌុបដឺវ៉េ ០០០-១២៣។ ពួកខ្មាំងត្រៀមទប់ទល់មិនឱ្យកងទ័ពជាតិ ឡើងទៅទីនោះបាន។
