On December 3, 1973, Ruos Soeum, who lived in sangkat Tameun, Battambang district, defected to the society in Battambang district office.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៣ ធ្នូ ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរភ្ញាក់រឮកម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ រស់ សឿម មានទីលំនៅ នៅសង្កាត់តាម៉ឺន ស្រុកបាត់ដំបង បានចូលរួបរួមក្នុងសង្គម ជាតិវិញនៅសាលាស្រុកបាត់ដំបង។
