From August 14-16, 1974, there was a meeting between Khmer Authorities and Thai Civil Authorities in Sisaket province and in Oubun province, to talk about Khmer's refugees who were living permanently in Thailand.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ១៤-១៦ ខែសីហា ១៩៧៤ មានការទំនាក់ទំនងមួយ រវាងអាជ្ញាធរខ្មែរ និងអាជ្ញាធរស៊ីវិលថៃ «ចៅហ្វាយខេត្ដ» ព្រមទាំង យោធាថៃក្នុងខេត្ដស៊ីសាកេត និងខេត្ដឧប៊ុន ដើម្បីសម្របសម្រួល បញ្ហាជនជាតិខ្មែរ ដែលភៀសខ្លួននៅស្នាក់បណ្ដោះអាសន្ននៅក្នុង ប្រទេសថៃ។
