According to a directive issued by Ministry Of Great Consolidarity, chief of network were required throughout the country, Kampong Speu province, Tramkhna district and other provinces did not yet have heads of network but the other provinces did.
យោងតាមសេចក្ដីប្រកាស និងបង្គាប់ការរបស់ក្រសួងមហាសាមគ្គី ឱ្យមានជានាយបណ្ដាញនៅតាមខេត្ដទូទាំងប្រទេសពិនិត្យមើលទៅ ឃើញថា មានខេត្ដមួយចំនួនធំអាចបង្កើតជានាយបណ្ដាញរួចហើយ ប៉ុន្ដែលើកលែងតែខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ និងត្រាំខ្នារទេ ដែលពុំទាន់មានបណ្ដាញ ព្រមទាំងខេត្ដដ៏ទៃទៀតដែលពុំទាន់តែងតាំងបណ្ដាញ។
