ស៊ា ហ៊ីម យុទ្ធជន បានឆ្លើយពី ឃឹម គណៈឃុំទឹកវិល តំបន់ ២៥ ថាៈ ឃឹមបានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលការណែនាំពី ជ័យ ប្រធានកសិកម្មរដ្ឋ តំបន់ ២៥ អោយកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ ត្រៀមទុកទៅថ្ងៃមុខ ហើយ ជ័យបានចាត់តាំងអោយ ឃឹម គណៈឃុំទឹកវិល បង្កប់កសាងកម្លាំង។
