កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Sea Him, soldier of Division 164, confessed that Nhem, deputy commander of military unit of Region 37, betrayed the party. Him knew that through Chhan, working in Division 164 Logistics. Nhem and his network convinced former workers to have conflict with new workers and to stir up problems at a place where wives of cadre lived in Region 37. In June 1976, Chhon, working in Division 164 Logistics, ordered Nhem and his network to destroy dams.
ស៊ា ហ៊ីម យុទ្ធជនកងពល ១៦៤ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ញ៉ែម អនុបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពតំបន់ ៣៧ ក្បត់បក្ស ដឹងដោយសាឈ្មោះ ឆាន ភស្ដុភារកងពល ១៦៤ និយាយប្រាប់។ ញ៉ែម និងបក្ខពួកបានដើរ បំផុសកសិករចាស់ទំនាស់ជាមួយកសិករថ្មីនិងដើរអុកឡុកកន្លែងនារី ជាប្រពន្ធកម្មាភិបាលតំបន់ ៣៧។ ខែ៦-១៩៧៦ ឆុន ភស្ដុភារ កងពល១៦៤ ចាត់តាំងញ៉ែមនិងបក្ខពួកឱ្យទៅកាប់ទំនប់ទំលាយចោល។
