On June 25, 1977, a variety of Thai boats were fishing in our maritime territory, south of Koh Kong, off Ya Chay island, Cham Yeam and sand beach. At 9 o'clock, our patrolling warships opened fire on the boats for 2 hours by using all types of weapons, sinkening 3 boats, occuping 690-CC boat, killing 4 Thais and shooting one dead. During the fighting, we used 142 of 12.7-mm rounds, 47 of M-79 rounds, one of 75-mm round. Copied to brother 89 and Documentation Office.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ មិថុនា ១៩៧៧ មានកាណូតថៃគ្រប់ធុនជាច្រើន គ្រឿងបានចូលមកនេសាទត្រីក្នុងដែនសមុទ្រយើងនៅខាងត្បូងកោះកុង ក្រៅម្ដុំមុខកោះយ៉ចាយចាំយាម និងឆេ្នរខ្សាច់។ ម៉ោង៩កប៉ាល់ យោធាល្បាតរបស់យើងបានវាយប្រយុទ្ធទៅលើកាណូតថៃទាំងនោះ អស់រយៈពេល២ម៉ោងដោយបាញ់រៈដោយកាំភ្លើងគ្រប់ធុន ធ្វើឱ្យកាណូត ថៃលិចអស់៣គ្រឿង ហើយចាប់បានកាណូត១គ្រឿងធុន ៦៩០សេស និងមនុស្ស៤នាក់ជនជាតិថៃ និងបាញ់ងាប់១នាក់។ ពេលប្រយុទ្ធគ្នា នោះយើងចំណាយគ្រាប់១២.៧ អស់១៤២គ្រាប់ អ៊ឹម៧៩ អស់៤៧គ្រាប់, ៧៥មីលីម៉ែត្រ អស់១គ្រាប់។ ចម្លងជូន បង៨៩ និងមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
