On September 15, 1977, we received a telegram from comrade Chea Sdaeng to discuss with comrade Chann about border defense cooperation. I would like to inform comrade Chann and ask M-870 to inform comrade Chea Sdaeng. I accepted 40 cans of paint, which could be used for 10 days. On our part, two warships didn't work. I would like to have machine factory repaired them. Hence, the Mekong defense units could use them.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៥ កញ្ញា ១៩៧៧ យើងបានទទួលទូរលេខស្ដីពីសមមិត្ដ ជា ស្ដើង ស្នើជួបសមមិត្ដ ចាន់ ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីកិច្ចសហការ គ្នាការពារព្រំដែន។ ខ្ញុំបានផ្ដល់ដំណឹងទៅសមមិត្ដ ចាន់ ហើយ សូម ម-៨៧០ផ្ដល់ដំណឹងទៅសមមិត្ដ ជា ស្ដើង ផង។ ខ្ញុំបានទទួលថ្នាំ លាបចំនួន៤០កំប៉ុង ហើយអាចលាបបានចំនួន១០ថ្ងៃ។ ខាងខ្ញុំមាន កប៉ាល់ប្រយុទ្ធ២គ្រឿងខូច សូមឱ្យខាងរោងចក្រជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីន ជួយជួសជុលផង ដើម្បីឱ្យអង្គភាពការពារទនេ្លមេកុងប្រើប្រាស់បាន។
