The Khmer Communist movement in Prey Khla assigned. 1.Pav Mut as a chief, 2.Mao Yun as a deputy chief, 3.Liv Yul aka Kol incharge of social affairs, 4.Pav Ry in charge of culture, 5.Va Bun as a chief of milatian village. They also assigned chief of sub-district Prek Kandieng as the following: 1.Suon as a chief of Prek Kandieng sub-district, 2.Leav Aun as a deputy chief, 3.Uon in charge of culture, 4.Vann in charge of medicine.
