Within the period of 1970-74, the khmer communist movement assigned their administrative committee members in Tik La-akk sub-district as the following: 1.Heng Kimlak as a chief. 2.Duong Kimsan in charge of security. 3.Kou Hean in charge of economy. The communist enemies installed artillery 105mm, 75mm, 81mm in Khel Chre village, and Tuol Khpuos village.
នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧០-៧៤ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានចាត់តាំងគណៈកម្មាធិការ ផ្នែករដ្ឋបាលនៅក្នុងសង្កាត់ទឹកជ្រៅដូចជាៈ ១.ហេង គឹមឡាក់ ប្រធាន។ ២.ដួង គឹមសាន ទទួលបន្ទុកផ្នែកសន្ដិសុខ។ ៣.គូ ហ៊ាន ទទួលបន្ទុក ផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ ពួកខ្មាំងកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានចាត់តាំងកាំភ្លើង ធំធុន១០៥មម, ៧៥មម, ៨១មម នៅត្រង់ភូមិខែលជេ្រ និងភូមិ ទួលខ្ពស់។
