កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On February 5, 1974, was mobile medical staff from Army Unit 07, Chet Phoeun alias Chet Uk and alias Phat, defected to the forces of Battalion 631, which was standing in Svay village At UU 780-876. The subjects confessed that they had served as combatant in Region 2 for 3 months, before being shifted to the mobile medical saff unit of Army Unit 07 in 1971. In October 1973, he asked for permission to get treatment at this home because he was suffering from malaria, and then defected.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ៥ កុម្ភៈ១៩៧៤ មានបុគ្គលិកទេព្យចល័តនៃកងទ័ពលេខ ៧របស់ខ្មាំងឈ្មោះ ជេត ភឿន ហៅ ជេត អ៊ុត ហៅ ផាត បាន មកសុំចុះចូលជាមួយកងកម្លាំងនៃកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ៦៣៩ ប្រចាំការ នៅភូមិស្វាអាត់ ត្រង់ចំណុច ៧៨០-៨៧៦។ ប្រភពបាន សារភាពថាខ្លួន បានចូលធ្វើជាយុទ្ធជននៅតំបន់២ បាន៦ខែ បន្ទាប់មកផ្លាស់ទៅធ្វើពេទ្យចល័តនៃកងទ័ពលេខ៧ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧១។ នៅខែតុលា ១៩៧៣ ដោយជម្ងឺគ្រុនចាញ់ ក៏បានសុំច្បាប់មកព្យាបាល ជម្ងឺនៅផ្ទះកំណើតរួច ហើយក៏រត់ចូលមកសារភាពតែម្ដង។
