A source reported that on May, 18, 1972, 3 people in Kandoeng Kaun village, manage to return after being evacuated by Viet-Congs. The 3 reported that about 300 North Yuon Viet-Cong and Khmer Viet-Cong set up in Prek Takhlok village, Sangkat Traey Sla, Sa Ang district, Kandal province. The source added that the enemies dug trenches along a small stream for protection. People who were captured by the enemies tied day and night and not given enough food to eat.
ប្រភពព័ត៌មានបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៨-ឧសភា-១៩៧២ ប្រជាជននៅភូមិកណ្ដឹងកូន បានលួចរត់ត្រឡប់មកវិញ៣នាក់ ក្រោយពីពួកខ្មាំងយៀកកុងកៀយកទៅ។ ប្រជាជន៣នាក់នេះ បានរាយការណ៍ថា ពួកយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល៣០០នាក់ បាន តាំងមូលដ្ឋានរាយគ្នានៅភូមិព្រែកតាឃ្លោក ក្នុងសង្កាត់ត្រើយស្លា ស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ អ្នកទាំង៣នាក់នេះ បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ពួកខ្មាំងបានជីកលេណដ្ឋានតាមមាត់ព្រែកសម្រាប់ការពារទៀតផង។ ចំណែកអ្នកដែលពួកខ្មាំងចាប់យកទៅ ត្រូវចងទាំងយប់ទាំងថ្ងៃហើយ ឱ្យបាយស៊ីពុំគ្រប់គ្រាន់ទៀតផង។
