Sea Him, soldier of division 164, confessed that in 1974, Chey assigned Him and other network to monitor the traitorous forces. During the monitoring, there were 5 names of Uon, former chief of Prek Ambel sub-district, Khem, cadre of educational office, Tech, photographer, Kim Eng, deputy chief of food supply office of region 25 and Sreng, was responsible for work site of region 25, in the list of traitors.
