A committee in Deumrussei was formed by khmer communist in Deumrusei village, Deumrusei sub-district, Kandal Stung district, Kandal province. Ten was a committee officer, Prom Sor was a comittee political assistance, Loek was a deputy officer committee and Sen was a chief of economic section to carry out the plan property. 7 Village militaria men were assigned to guard the village member committee, the committee chief in Daem Russei- Prom Sa and his political assistance, Sum was economy chief and Yon security chief. The village militia members were :Aun, Phat, At, Miv, Chan, Un and Bo led by Ke Kann and Mei.
ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ នៅភូមិនិងសង្កាត់ដើមឫស្សី ស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល បានចាត់តាំងគណៈកម្មាធិការមួយ នៅភូមិដើម ឫស្សី មានឈ្មោះ ទែន ជាប្រធាន, ព្រំ ស ទីប្រឹក្សានយោបាយ, ឡឹក អនុប្រធាន, សេន ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ ក្នុងការចាត់តាំងនេះ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដត្រូវការកងឈ្លបចំនួន៧នាក់ មានឈ្មោះ អឿន, ផាត, អាត, មីវ, ចាន, អុន និង បូ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការ កែ កាន់ និង ម៉ី ដើម្បីរក្សាសន្ដិសុខដល់សមាជិកគណៈកម្មាធិការភូមិ គណៈកម្មាធិការ នៅសង្កាត់ដើមឫស្សីមាន ព្រំ ស ប្រធាននិងទីប្រឹងក្សានយោបាយ, ស៊ុំ ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងយុន ប្រធានសន្ដិសុខ។
