Huot Hoeung was a chief of village militiaman in Trapeang Khchao village, Kandal province. Huot Hieng was a combatant of battalion 133, region 15. Phan Phal was a combatant of platoon 1, battalion 220, region 15 and Uoch Loek was a combatant of battalion 136, region 31. These three combatants defected to national armed force on July 13, 1974 at national road 5. They also reported on an activities and strategy of the enemy to national armed force.
ហួត ហឿង ប្រធានកងឈ្លបភូមិត្រពាំងខ្ចៅ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ហួត ហៀង ជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ១៣៣ តំបន់១៥។ ផាន់ ផល យុទ្ធជននៅក្រុមទី១កងអនុសេនាតូចទី១ នៃកងវរសេនា តូចលេខ ២២០ តំបន់១៥ និង អ៊ួច ឡឹក យុទ្ធជនក្នុងកងវរសេនា តូចលេខ១៣៦ តំបន់៣១ បាននាំគ្នាចុះចូលជាមួយទាហានជាតិ នៅថ្ងៃ១៣ កក្ដដា ១៩៧៤នៅផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៥។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានរាយ ការណ៍ពីសកម្មភាព កងទ័ពរបស់ខ្មាំង និងការវាយលុករបស់ខ្មាំងមកលើទាហានជាតិ។
