Keo Saram was a chief of Kh-3, K-75, Kh-45, region 23 based in Koh Prech village. He defected to Lon Nol's troop, because he used to be spy and detained by his commander. All soldiers disliked the enemy, they could be hit with bambo's branch when they commited a little mistake or they would be sent to the death when they committed a serious mistake. The soldiers money which was sent by their parents, were collected as collective property and baned to use. The enemy could buy a various production from people in a cheap price, such as pigs, rices etc and made an exchange with South Vietnamese's clothes or exchange with North Vietnamese's ammunition.
កែវ សារាុំ ប្រធានខ-៣ គ-៧៥ ឃ-៤៥ នៃតំបន់២៣ដែលមាន ទីតាំងនៅភូមិកោះព្រិចបានចូលសារភាពជាមួយទាហានរដ្ឋាភិបាលលន់ ណុល។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនចូលសារភាពមូលហេតុដោយមានទំនាស់នឹងមេបញ្ជាការដែលបានតាមដានខ្លួននិងបានចាប់ខ្លួនឃុំឃាំង។ យុទ្ធជន ទាំងអស់មានការបែកសតិអារម្មណ៍ព្រោះខ្មាំងមានការគាបសង្កត់យ៉ាង ខ្លាំងជាមួយយុទ្ធជនដូចជាពេលណាមានកំហុសគេអត់យកទៅអប់រំទេគឺ គេវាយនឹងគល់ឫស្សីតែម្ដងឬមួយបញ្ជូនទៅក្រោយមិនឃើញត្រឡប់ មកវិញទេ។ យុទ្ធជនទាំងអស់គ្នាគ្មានសិទ្ធតវ៉ាឡើយពេល«ពុកម្ដាយ ផ្ញើលុយមកឱ្យត្រូវយកទៅដាក់រួមទាំងអស់មិនឱ្យចាយវាយឡើយ។ ខ្មាំងតែងតែទិញផលិតផលពីប្រជាជនយ៉ាងថោកបំផុតដូចជាជ្រូកស្រូវ ដើម្បីដូរយកសម្លៀកបំពាក់ទ័ពពីវៀតណាមខាងត្បូងនិងគ្រាប់រំសេវពី វៀតណាមខាងជើង។
