Sin Paksim aka Sin Chhoeun, was born in Prey Sla village, Prek Pnao sub-district, Pea Rang district, Prey Veng province. He was a Khmer rouge combatant in company 1, battalion 35, region 22, zone 203. The person was arrested on March 06, 1974 at the south of Wat Prek Anh-chanh. Company 1 was led by Vietnamese commander and it was responsible for protecting Prek Anh-chanh area from the enemies. The soldiers of battalion 34 job was to attack national army in Prek Tamen. Rice was provided to enemy soldiers in groups for cooking and the enemy soldiers also receiveds 3 Riel per day for buying food.
ស៊ីន ប៉ាក់ស៊ីម ហៅ ស៊ីន ឈឿន កើតនៅភូមិព្រៃស្លា សង្កាត់ ព្រែកព្នៅ ស្រុកពារាំង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង ជាយុទ្ធជនខ្មែរក្រហមនៃកង អនុសេនាធំទី ១ កងវរសេនាតូច ៣៥ តំបន់ ២២ ភូមិភាគ ២០៣ ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួន នៅថ្ងៃ៦ មីនា ១៩៧៤ នៅខាងត្បូងវត្ដព្រែកអព្ចាញ។ កងអនុសេនាធំ ទី១ ដែលមានយួនជាមេបញ្ជាការ ហើយមានភារកិច្ចការពារព្រែកអញ្ចាញ កុំឱ្យទាហានឡើងទៅរួច។ កងវរសេនាតូចលេខ ៣៤ មានភារកិច្ចវាយ ស្ទាក់កងទ័ពជាតិនៅព្រែកតាម៉ែន។ ក្នុងជុំរំខ្មាំងបានចែកអង្ករតាមក្រុមឱ្យ ដាំបាយស៊ីរួមហើយក្នុង១ថ្ងៃម្នាក់ៗបានទទួលប្រាក់៣រៀលទិញម្ហូប។
