Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Hay Than was 40 years old, male, the south Vietnamese citizen. After March 18, 1970, he was a Vietcong soldier and worked as a chief of military forces in Long Ang province and was sent to work in Kampong Ro. In 1971, he was a regional chief of Prey Chamkarleu until 1974, he became a chief of zone 21 of eastern zone. He was a full right party member and he had Ho Chiminh picture in his right pocket. He could read, write and speak khmer, English and French fluently.
ហាយ ថាន់ ភេទប្រុស អាយុ៤០ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិយួនខាងត្បូង។ នៅ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៨ មីនា ១៩៧០ ជននេះជាកងទ័ពយួនយៀកកុងដែល មានឋានៈជាប្រធានកងទ័ពនៅខេត្ដឡុងអាងមកធ្វើសកម្មភាពនៅកំពង់ រោទ៍។ ១៩៧១ជាប្រធានភូមិភាគនៅព្រៃចំការលើរហូតដល់ ១៩៧៤ជាប្រធានតំបន់២១ភូមិភាគបូព៌ា។ ថាន់ ជាបេក្ខជនពេញសិទ្ធិ ពាក់ផ្កាយ៣ពណ៍ក្រហមនិងរូបសំណាក់ហូជីមិញនៅហោ)េ៉ៅអាវខាងស្ដាំ ថាន់ចេះអក្សរសាស្ដ្រជាតិនិងបរទេសច្បាស់លាស់ដូចជាខ្មែរបារាំង-អង់គេ្លស។
