Pat Voeun was a cobatant in group 1, platoon 2, company 2, battalion 753 in zone 304, central of country. In battalion 753 there were 270 various gunned forces, under a commander Phat Kan, situated in the West of Salalek 5. This unit was responsible for ambushing national forces who travelled from Longvek by passing through Salalek 5 town. The Angkar Khmer communists made propaganda to combatants to comprise revolutionary resistance spirit by following Angkar's destination, and hate republican. In Tnaot Chum sub-district, zone 304, Angkar made up collectives, and collected people's property so as to put into collective property. They don't allow monks to wander for rices, and force them to plant or to feed animals. Most of people who lived in this region attemped to flee from the enemy control area because the enemy suppressed and carried out dictatorial power on them very much.
ប៉ាត វឿន ជាយុទ្ធជនក្នុងក្រុមទី ១ កងអនុសេនាតូចទី ២ អនុសេ នាធំ ទី២ វរសេនាតូច ៧៥៣ ប្រចាំភូមិភាគ ៣០៤ ភាគកណ្ដាល នៃប្រទេស។ ក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូច ៧៥៣នេះមានកងទ័ពចំនួន ២៧០ នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ធុន ហើយស្ថិតនៅក្រោមបញ្ជាការ ឈ្មោះ ផាត កាន់ និងទីតាំងនៅតាមព្រៃរបោះខាងលិច ទីប្រជុំ ជនសាលាលេខ៥។ កងនេះមានភារកិច្ចចាំត្រៀមបាញ់បង្អាក់ដំណើរកងទ័ពជាតិដែលចេញពី លង្វែកឆ្លងកាត់តាមសាលាលេខ៥។ ពួកអង្គការកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានឃោសនា ដល់យុទ្ធជនឱ្យមានចិត្ដបដិវត្ដ តស៊ូតាមគោលដៅរបស់អង្គការ និងឱ្យស្អប់ ខ្ពើមអ្នកសាធារណរដ្ឋ។ នៅក្នុងសង្កាត់ត្នោតជុំ ភូមិភាគ ៣០៤ ពួកអង្គការបានរៀបចំឱ្យមានជាសហករណ៍ ប្រមូលទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិដាក់រួម មិនអនុញ្ញាតិឱ្យព្រះសង្ឈដើរបិណ្ឌបាត្រដោយឱ្យធ្វើស្រែ និងចិញ្ចឹមសត្វ។ ប្រជាជនមួយភាគធំនៅក្នុងតំបន់នេះចង់រំដោះខ្លួនចេញពីការត្រួតត្រារបស់ វា ខ្លាំងណាស់ពីព្រោះពួកវាមានការគាបសង្កត់ ជិះជាន់ និងប្រើអំណាច ព្រៃផ្សៃបំផុត។
