Sao Mut was 40 years old, male, the south Vietnamese citizen. After the coup on March 18, 1970, he was a Vietcong soldier in military training sector. Sao Mut was a deputy chief of division 21 which was based in Kampong Ro and he also was a full right party member and was a first lientenant from 1970 until defected to national troop. Most of combatants in the company used to have conflict with their leader, so they to escape out of the military based. Cambodia were cheated to join in the armed forces by Vietcong. Especially, most of them fled to join replublic government and some assembled to form new resistance movement Mok Sam Aul.
សៅ ម៉ុត ភេទប្រុស អាយុ ៤០ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិវៀតណាមខាងត្បូង។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៨ មីនា ១៩៧០ ជាកងទ័ពយៀកកុងផ្នែកបង្ហាត់បង្រៀន កងទ័ព។ ចាប់ពី១៩៧០រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃចូលសារភាពមានឋានៈជា អនុប្រធានកងពលធំលេខ២១ដែលធ្វើសកម្មភាពនៅកំពង់រោទ៍និងជា បក្ខជនពេញសិទ្ធពាក់ផ្កាយពីរកន្លះ។ យុទ្ធជននៅកងសុទ្ធតែមានទំនាស់ ជាមួយមេដឹកនាំរបស់ខ្លួនជាហេតុធ្វើឱ្យមានការរត់ចោលកងដោយ សារពួកយៀកកុងយួនបពោ្ឆាតឱ្យខ្មែរបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍របស់វា។ ជាពិសេសបានរត់មកចូលរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលសាធារណរដ្ឋមួយ ចំនួនធំនិងមួយចំនួនទៀតបានប្រមូលគ្នាឡើងវិញដើម្បីចលនាតស៊ូថ្មី។
