On August 03, 1973, about 300 armed North Viet Congs came to deploy in Chong Kran Dek village, Samrong Tong sub-district, Peang Lvea district, Kandal province. Those enemies attempted to blow up O-Krang Ampil bridge, and attacked our National Armed Forces base in Bek Chan and Kantor arsenal in the near future.
ប្រភពផ្ដល់ថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ ៣ សីហា ១៩៧៣ យៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង ចំនួន៣០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានចូលមករាយគ្នា នៅភូមិចង្ក្រានដែក ឃុំសំរោងទង ស្រុកពាំងល្វា ហើយពួកវាមាន បំណងផ្ដាច់ស្ពានអូរក្រាំងអំពិល និងវាយទីតាំងកងទ័ពជាតិយើងនៅ បែកចាន ឃ្លាំងគ្រាប់នៅកន្ទោក ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗ។
