A source said that on August 3, 1973, about 700 armed Khmer rebels left Angkanh village to deploy in Kdei Takoy village, Veal Sbauv sub-sub-district, Kean Svay district. They planned to attack Chbar Ampeou and Phnom Penh city on August 03, 1973.
ប្រភពផ្ដល់ថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ ០៣ សីហា ១៩៧៣ ពួកខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ប្រមាណ ៧០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបានចេញពីភូមិអង្កាញ់ ហើយមករាយគ្នានៅភូមិក្ដីតាកុយ ឃុំវាលស្បូវ ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ។ ពួកវាមានបំណងវាយប្រហារខ័ណ្ឌច្បារអំពៅ និងក្រុងភ្នំពេញ នៅ ថ្ងៃទី០៣ សីហា ១៩៧៣។
