A source said On July 27, 1973, Khmer rebels assigned committee of sub-district cadres to command villagers who were living in Prey Puoch village, Ang Snuol district, Kandal province to make small contains, made of Palm leaves, for containing rice ant to make equipment for carrying injured soldiers.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់ថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២៩ កក្កដា ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមចាត់ គណៈកម្មាភិបាលឃុំបញ្ជាឱ្យអ្នកស្រុកព្រៃពួច ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ឱ្យត្បាញ់ស្មុគដាក់បាយ និងធ្វើព្រួលសម្រាប់សែងអ្នក របួស។
