Sea aka Him, soldier of division 164, confessed that Yan attended the meeting and received a plot from Chhan to arrange a traitorous squad and groups so as to carry out the traitorous activities. Yan was in charge of one group. Yan caused problem in women. About the result, Him did not clarify. In 1976, Chhan assigned Yan and other networks to burn down houses and sugar cane fields.
ស៊ា ហៅ ហ៊ីម យុទ្ធជនកងពល១៦៤ បាននិយាយថា យ៉ន បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំចាត់តាំងជាពួក ជាក្រុមក្បត់ពី ឆាន ដើម្បីធើ្វសកម្មភាព យ៉ន មានភារៈទទួលខុសត្រូវមួយក្រុម។ យ៉ន បានទៅអូកឡុកកន្លែង នារីដែលបានស៊ើបអងេ្កត ហើយចំពោះលទ្ធិផល ហ៊ីមមិនបានបញ្ជាក់ ទេ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឆាន បានចាត់តាំង យ៉ន និងបក្ខពួកអោយទៅ ដុតផ្ទះ និងដុតចំការអំពៅ។
