On July 9, 1973, Khmer rebels commanded people who were living in Pursat province to provide their unused properties for other people who had none for using such as oxen, buffeloes, raked and plloughs.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៩ កក្កដា ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានឱ្យប្រជារាស្ដ្រ ដែលមាន គោក្របី រទេះ នង្គ័ល រនាស់ទំនេរ ចែករំលែករបស់ ទាំងនោះទៅឱ្យ អ្នកដទៃដែលគ្មានរបស់របរខាងលើប្រើផង។
