On August 28, 1973, about 300 Khmer rebels, equipped with guns, divided into each small groups, and came to hide themselves in Lom Lek village, Thmor Kol village, and Tet Chang village, Dei Et sub-district, Kean Svay district. Those enemies attempted to attack our National Armed Forces Base from Kandal Krom village to Sdao village in the vicinity of playwood factory in the near future.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២៨ សីហា ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រមាណ៣០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានបំបែកគ្នាជាក្រុមតូចៗ ចូលទៅ លាក់ខ្លួនក្នុងភូមិលំលែក ភូមិថ្មគោល ភូមិតែតចង់ ក្នុងឃុំដីឥដ្ឋ ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ គោលបំបណងរបស់ ខ្មាំងខាងលើ ប្រុងវាយប្រហារទីតាំងទ័ពជាតិយើងចាប់ពីភូមិ កណ្ដាលក្រោម រហូតដល់ភូមិស្ដៅ ម្ដុំរោងចក្រក្ដារបន្ទះដីឥដ្ឋក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
