Sea aka Him, soldier of division 164, confessed that Set betrayed the party in 1976. Chhan managed the traitorous networks to become a squad and group in order to carry out the traitorous activities easily. In the assignment, Set was responsible for one group. Set led his networks to stir up problem at woman's place at O Chheu Teal where they steam fishes, to destroy some of materials and to provoke turmoil in everywhere.
ស៊ា ហៅ ហ៊ីម យុទ្ធជនកងពល១៦៤ បាននិយាយថា សេត ក្បត់ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។ ឆាន បានចា់តាំងបក្ខពួកជាពួក ជាក្រុមក្បត់ ដើម្បីស្រួលធើ្វសកម្មភាពក្នុងការចាត់តាំងនេះសេត មានភារកិច្ច ទទួលខុសត្រូវមួយក្រុម។ សេត បាននាំបក្ខពួក ទៅអុកឡុកកន្លែង នារីធើ្វត្រីចំហុយនៅអូរឈើទាល ហើយបាន បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈអស់ មួយចំនួន និងធើ្វអោយចលាចលពេញទីនោះ។
