Sea aka Sim confessed that he knew Moeun betrayed in 1976 because Vann told him. Moeun was assigned to work in traitorous team force in order to carry out the traitorous activities. Moeun and his networks conspired to provoke turmoil at the place where women steamed fish at O Chheu Teal. They destroyed materials and frightened [people] away to make disorder.
ស៊ា ហៅ ហ៊ីម បាននិយាយថា ខ្លួនដឹងថា មឿន ក្បត់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ដោយសារ វ៉ាន់ ជាអ្នកប្រាប់។ មឿន ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការ ចាត់តាំង ជាពួក ជាក្រុមក្បត់ដើម្បីធើ្វសកម្មភាព។ មឿន និងបក្ខ ពួកបាននាំគ្នាទៅអុកឡុកកន្លែងនារីចំហុយត្រីនៅអូឈើទាល។ ពួកនេះបានបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈមួយចំនួន និងបំភ័យធើ្វអោយចលាចល។
