On August 21, 1973, about 1200 armed Khmer guerrillas and Viet Congs moved from Kampong Tries sub-district and Thmor Pech sub-district. Then, they were divided into small groups to hide in Tuol Ta-av village and Tuol Keo village. These enemies transported ammunitions and weapons by 30 boats, and then those ammunitions and weapong were stored in Prey Russey forest, Tuol Keo village and Beng Ansorng village. They prepared plan to attack our National Armed Forces Base in Tonle Bet, Roka Thom and Chy He district.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២១ សីហា ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម និងយួន យៀកកុង ប្រមាណ ១២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រាប់ដៃធ្វើដំណើរ ចេញពីឃុំកំពង់ ទ្រាស និងថ្មពេជ្រ រួចហើយបែកចេញជាក្រុមតូចៗ ដើម្បីលាក់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងភូមិទួលផ្អា និងភូមិទួលកែវ។ ពួកខ្មាំងបានដឹក ជញ្ជូនគ្រាប់រំសេវតាមទូក៣០គ្រឿង ដើម្បីយកទៅលាក់ក្នុងព្រៃ ឫស្សីក្នុងភូមិទួលកែវ និងបឹងអន្សោង ដើម្បីរៀបចំការវាយលុក ទៅលើទីតាំងកងទ័ពជាតិយើងនៅទនេ្លបិត រកាធំ និងជីហេ។
