On August 24, 1973, about 500 Khmer guerrillas, equipped with guns, left from Trapaing Raing village, Toek La-ak sub-district to deploy their forces at Angkor Chom pagoda in Rokar Koh sub-district, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province. They attempted to smash our National Armed Forces Base at Kampong Tram sugars factory in the near future.
កាលពី ២៤ សីហា ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រមាណ៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានធ្វើដំណើរចេញពីភូមិត្រពាំងរាំង ឃុំទឹកល្អក់ មករាយគ្នាស្នាក់នៅក្នុងវត្ដអង្គរជុំក្នុងឃុំរកាកោះ ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ពួកវាមានគោលបំណងវាយលុកទីតាំងទ័ពជាតិយើង នៅរោងចក្រស្ករសកំពង់ត្រាំក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
