On August 22, 1973, a collective Chief, Yeng, chief of Sraong district cadre, Them, together with other Khmer Rebels commanders drove a Jeep-car to observe the situation in Ta Lor village at UV:540-810 and Rom Lech village at UV 577-927. Those enemies attempted to position and ambush our National Armed Forces who were moving to operate in that region above.
កាលពី ២២ សីហា ១៩៧៣ ប្រធានសហករណ៍ឈ្មោះ យេង ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាភិបាលឃុំស្រោង ឈ្មោះ ធិម ព្រមទាំងមេបញ្ជាការ កងទ័ពខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមនៅឃុំរំលេច បានជិះរថយន្ដហ្ស៊ីបមួយគ្រឿងទៅ ពិនិត្យមើលស្ថានភាពដីចាប់ពីភូមិតាលោរហូតដល់ ភូមិរំលេចត្រង់ អ៊ុយវ៉េ៥៤០-៨១០ និងអ៊ុយវ៉េ៥៧៧-៩២៧។ ពួកវាមានបំណង ប្រុងមកតាំងមូលដ្ឋាននៅទីនេះ ដើម្បីស្ទាក់បាញ់កងទ័ពជាតិយើងកុំឱ្យ ឡើងទៅប្រតិបត្ដិការនៅតំបន់នោះបាន។
