On February 15, 1974, a Khmer communist, Kim Koeun, a member of logistic office in Kampong Svay district, was caught on Monday by National soldier in brigrade 11 while they were operating.
គឹម គឿន ជាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដក្នុងឋានៈជាសមាជិកមន្ទីរភ័ស្ដុភារប្រចាំ ស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនការពីថ្ងៃច័ន្ទ ដោយ កម្លាំងកងទ័ពជាតិកងពលតូចទី១១ ក្នុងពេលធ្វើប្រតិបត្ដការនៅភូមិ បុសព្រិច។
