Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On April 27, 1973, a big canoe contained a lot of barrels of oil and gasoline as well as large amount of foodstuffs. These materials were accounted for two million riel and transported from Koh Trorl at US073-046 in order to supply Khmer querrillas, located in Cham Lorng Kor at UT020-002 in Kampong Saom ville. This canoe was caught and looted all materials in this canoe by our National Neavy in Koh Kong at US006-092, because of heavy storom.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២៧ មេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានកាណូតមួយធំបានផ្ទុក បេ្រងកាត និងសាំងជាច្រើនធុងព្រមទាំងគ្រឿងឧបភោគ បរិភោគ មួយចំនួនធំទៀត បើគិតជាប្រាក់ប្រហែល២លានរៀល។ សម្ភារ ទាំងអស់នេះបានដឹកចេញពីកោះត្រល់ត្រង់ចំនុចអ៊ុយអេស០៧៣-០៤៦ ដើម្បីយកមកឱ្យខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅចំឡងគោ ត្រង់អ៊ុយតេ០២០-០០២ ក្នុងក្រុងកំពង់សោម។ ដោយសារមាន ខ្យល់ព្យុះខ្លាំងពេកកាណូតនេះបានបើកមកក្បែរកោះកុងត្រង់ អ៊ុយអេស០០៦-០៩២ ក៏ត្រូវបានកងម៉ារីនរបស់យើងចាប់ និង រឹបអូសយកបានទាំងអស់។
