Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On August 13, 1973, about 200 Khmer guerrillas and Viet Cong equipped with guns in region 22, under the command of Tanet, entered to stay in Pok Russey and Khbal Veal Khleang Moeung at VT969-920, Khsach Kandal district. Those enemies assigned 10 soldiers to move to Koh Khsach Kandal in order to make progaganda about communist politic to people who are living in this region. Specially, those enemies collected food stuffs from villagers who lived in that region to supply to their soldiers in region 22.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ១៣ សីហា ១៩៧៣ យួនយៀកកុង និងខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ចំនួនប្រហែល២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ នៅក្នុង តំបន់ ២២ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ តានេត បានចូលមកស្នាក់នៅក្នុង ឃុំពុកឫស្សី និងក្បាលវាលឃ្លាំងមឿង ត្រង់វ៉េតេ៩៦៩-៩២០ ក្នុងស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល។ ពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើនេះ បានចាត់តាំងគ្នាវា ១០នាក់ឱ្យឆ្លងកាត់មកកោះខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ដើម្បីធ្វើការឃោសនា និងប្រមូលស្បៀងសម្រាប់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ដល់កងទ័ពរបស់ពួកវា ក្នុងតំបន់២២ នេះ។
