There were 20 Khmer guerrillas transported rocket shells by 3 ox-carts Each of ox-cart contained 2 rocket shells. Khmer guerrillas transported those rocket shells from villages in Ta Lon sub-district, Sa Ang district, Kandal province. These rocket shells were hidden in Cheu Teal sub-district, Kean Svay district, Kandal province.
ពួកខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានដឹកជញ្ជូនគ្រាប់រុកកែតចំនួន៣រទេះគោ ក្នុង១រទេះ គោអាចផ្ទុកបាន២គ្រាប់ ហើយមានខ្មាំងការពារ២០នាក់។ ពួកវាបាន ដឹកជញ្ជូនចេញពីភូមិនានាក្នុងឃុំតាលន់ ស្រុកស្អាង ដើម្បីយកមក លាក់ក្នុងឃុំឈើទាល ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
