Sa Sarak-khann confessed that about 7 to 10 days before our comrades enter Phnom Penh, there was a big CIA meeting at Wat Phnom power plant office. The participants of the meeting were Khuon Kandien, Lav Suk Sophoan Ta, Thngai So Voan Tha, Pich Salort, Mou Lorn, Eang Chhouk By, Kolap Serith Seila, Lim Chain and Chea Kim Phann. In the confession of Sarak-khann, there was a list of other 21 networks.
ស សារ៉ាខាន់ បានសារភាពថាៈ មុនពេលមិត្ដយើងចូលក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ពីមួយអាទិត្យទៅ ១០ ថ្ងៃ មានការប្រជុំសេអ៊ីអា យ៉ាងធំ នៅមន្ទីរចាត់ការអគ្គិសនីវត្ដភ្នំ អ្នកចូលរួមពេលនោះមាន ឃួន កណ្ដៀន, ឡាវ ស៊ុកសូភ័ន្ដា , ថ្ងៃ សូវន្ថា, ពេជ សាលត, មូ លន, អ៊ាង ឈូកប៊ី, កូឡាបសិរិទ្ធិសីលា, លឹម ចាំង, និងជា គឹមផាន់ បានឆ្លើយសារភាព មានភ្ជាប់មកជាមួយ នូវបញ្ជីឈ្មោះបក្សពួកចំនួន ២១ នាក់។
