On June 8, 1973, about 2 Battalions of Khmer Rebel Armed Forces, traveled from Toek Noem village VT 895-593 and Kauk Ro Miet village VT 893-604 and surrounded the National Army Position in Siem Reap (Kantuot). The enemies hid themselves in trenches at VT 864-615, 856-621, 844-603 and stationed their main headquarter at VT 893-607 in Toek Noem villag Sangkat Kandal Stung, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ពួកខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រមាណ២កងវរសេនា តូច ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានធ្វើដំណើរចេញពី ភូមិទឹកនឹម ត្រង់វ៉េតេ៨៩៥-៥៩៣ និងភូមិគោករមៀត ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨៩៣-៦០៧ ហើយចូលទៅឡោមព័ទ្ធទីតាំងកងទ័ពជាតិនៅសៀមរាប «កន្ទួត»។ ពួកខ្មាំងទាំងនេះបានលាក់ខ្លួនក្នុងលេណដ្ឋាន ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨៦៤-៦១៥, ៨៥៦-៦២១, ៨៤៤-៦០៣ ព្រមទាំងតាំងទីបញ្ជាការធំនៅត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨៩៣-៦០៧ ក្នុងភូមិទឹកនឹម សង្កាត់កណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
