A source reported that on 03 July 1973, Khmer Rebels in Region 33 set up a headquarters and ammunition and weapons storehouse arsenal and also organized the ledership (provincial, district, and sub-district chiefs) in Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province.
តាមប្រភពបានឱ្យដឹងថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ក្នុងតំបន់៣៣ បានតាំងទីស្នាក់ការ និងឃ្លាំងស្ដុកគ្រាប់រំសេវ និងអាវុធ និងរៀបចំចាត់តាំងគណៈកម្មាភិបាលខេត្ដ-ស្រុក-សង្កាត់ និង ភូមិក្នុង ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
