Sa Phala aka Pheak confessed that in October 1974, Pon indoctrinated Hong, group deputy chief of wine factory at kilometer 6, with treasonous ideology. In February 1975, at the Veal Vung battlefield, Hong leaked the information to the enemy, causing many soldiers were shot injured by the enemies.
