Major Suon Mong, who work for the Second Bureau of the Khmer National General Staff, and Second Lieutenant Phok Chhorn interrogated Troeng Yang Ann, a Vietnamese National who was arrested by the Khmer Marine corps for serving the Viet Cong. However, he denied the accusation.
លោកវរសេនីយ៍ត្រី សួន ម៉ុង ធ្វើការនៅការិយាល័យទី២ នៃអគ្គ សេនាធិការយោធពលខេមរជាតិ ដោយមានអនុសេនីយត្រី ផុក ឈន បានហៅឈ្មោះ ត្រឹង យាំងអាន់ ជាជនជាតិយួនដែលត្រូវ កងនារីខ្មែចាប់ខ្លួនដោយចោទពីបទធ្វើជាយៀកកុងមកសួរចម្លើយ។ ជននេះបានឆ្លើយប្រកែកថាពុំបានប្រព្រឹត្ដដូចពាក្យចោទឡើយ។
