On December 1, 1973, a number of Khmer Communist armed forces transported a lot of bullets from Svay Meas and Takeo village to hide near a lake at WT
053-850 and 043-854, in sangkat Prek Luong, Khsach Kandal district, Vihea Sour. The enemies were about to attack National Army position Barong and infiltrated into sangkat Prek Luong and sangkat Arei Khsach. កាលពីថ្ងៃ ១-ធ្នូ-១៩៧៣ ខ្មាំងមួយក្រុមប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបាន ដឹកគ្រាប់កាំភ្លើងជាច្រើនចេញពីភូមិស្វាយមាស និងភូមិតាកែវ យកមក លាក់ទុកក្បែរបឹងត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៥៣-៨៥០ និង០៤៣-៨៥៤ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ព្រែកហ្លួង ស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល (វិហាសួគ៌)។ ពួកខ្មាំងមានបំណងប្រុងវាយប្រហារទីតាំងការពារជាតិនៅបារុង រួចចាត់ ទ័ពមួយផ្នែកទៀតឱ្យជ្រៀតចូលមកក្នុងសង្កាត់ព្រែកហ្លួង និង អរិយក្សត្រ ទៀត។
