Ngvieng Yang Fang, Vietnamese, who was ethnic interrogated by Suon Mong, a Major in the Second Bureau of the Khmer National Armed Forces General Staff and Phok Chhorn a secretary and sergeant Major. Ngvieng Yang Fang was arrested on suspicion of serving the Yuon Viet Cong Movement by the Cambodian Navy, but he have denied the charge.
លោកវរៈសេនីយ៍ត្រី សួន ម៉ុង ធ្វើការនៅការិយាល័យទី២ នៃអគ្គ សេនាធិការយោធពលខេមរជាតិ ដោយមានព្រិន្ទបាលឯក ផុក ឈន ជាលេខាធិការអមជាមួយផង បានហៅឈ្មោះ ង្វៀង យុាំងហ្វាង ដែលជាជនជាតិយួន ត្រូវកងនារីខ្មែរចាប់ខ្លួនមកសួរចម្លើយ។ ជន នេះបានប្រកែកថា ពុំដែលបានចូលបម្រើយៀកកុងទេ។
