Ngvieng Yang Lev, Vietnamese who was ethnic arrested on suspicion of serving in the Viet Cong Movement by the Cambodian navy. He was interrogated by Suon Mong, a Major in the Second Bureau of Khmer National Armed Force General Stuff and Phok Chhorn a secretary and sergeant-Major. He denied that he had ever joined the Viet Cong Armed Forces or conspired with Yuon Viet Cong.
លោកវរៈសេនីយ៍ត្រី សួន ម៉ុង ធ្វើការនៅការិយាល័យទី២ នៃអគ្គ សេនាធិការយោធពលខេមរជាតិ ដោយមានអនុសេនីយត្រី ផុក ឈន ជាលេខាធិការអមជាមួយផង បានហៅឈ្មោះ ង្វៀង យុាំងឡេវ ជាជនជាតិយួនដែលត្រូវកងនារីខ្មែរចាប់ខ្លួនដោយចោទ ថាជាយៀកកុងមកសួរចម្លើយ។ ជននេះបានឆ្លើយប្រកែកថា ពុំបាន ធ្វើយៀកកុងដូចពាក្យចោទឡើយ ហើយពុំដែលផ្សំគំនិតជាមួយខ្មាំង ទេ។
